I entered into this world with nothing in my hand but the love I carried from spirit, and I will leave this life with only the memories and love that I have gained in my time here!

In knowing that I can view what is important in my life, which is the love and happiness of my family and friend. I understand that we all have to live on this material world and the presence of a nice house, car and money in your pocket does help but when I think what is most important to me and what I miss of the people that have moved on to the spirit realms. I come back to the fact that I would trade in all I have for a hug from a person I loved in spirit, and to hear them say they loved me one more time. So I try to create and give out as much love I can and build memories filled with happiness.

Celtic Spirituality/Celtic Energies (1 Day)

(A Soulful-Living Workshop)

This workshop is inspired by Celtic spirituality and that of the early Celtic fathers, in that spirit connections and spirituality are not simply within the four walls of a sacred building but permeate every facet of our lives. It is within the natural world, the smile and actions of love expressed by our family and friends.  It is present within the brightest light of the day and the darkest moments of the night.  The true connects of spirit and the divine can be in every moment of our daily lives as well as in the special sacred exercises that wrap us in the light and love of the universe. 

This workshop and its extended course aims to facilitate an awakening within the individual to see and acknowledge the divine within every part of life.  Take the fleeting moments of connect that we all feel from time to time. Those moments of consecutiveness, peace, tranquility, joy, belonging and empowerment, there for an instant then gone, and develop them into a cord of light that threads its way through lives. While also presenting ways in which you can take time out of daily life to strengthen the connections with your own spirit, that of your loved ones and the divine via personal moments of reflection, meditation, personal spirituality and spiritual practice.

Soulful living is taking a moment out of your everyday life to reflect and celebrate the wonder that is your spiritual being. It is connecting to that spiritual soul that resides within us all.  The part of us that is truly timeless, existing in honesty and love; without the imperfections or contradictions of the material world. The part of us that is always aware of the ever-present love of the infinite spirit from which all things flow. It is acknowledging that this spiritual connection spans to all people, all things, and that we are all connected to the infinite spirit. Each person individually trying in our own way to express that love and fill our lives with joy, happiness, acceptance and understanding.

Through meditation, reflection, stillness, healing philosophy and spiritual practice, we can expand these moments of connection into a presence that will flow thoughout our everyday life.
